Final Fantasy IV

in this re-release for the Nintendo DS you follow the tale of hero Cecil Harvey, commander of the Red wings. The Red Wings are a mercenary group who are under the direct order of the King of Baron. Cecil would always carry out the orders of his king without hesitation until one day his majesty sends Cecil to destroy a town without his knowing and with no supposed cause. Cecil then decides to flee Baron and aligns himself with the other nations to stop the king's tyranny. But Cecil points out that their king was not always like this. someone else is pulling the strings. But who...? Now i personally haven't beaten it yet but from the couple of hours i've put into it already i can tell this game is worth the buy. It really takes it back with the active time battle system found in pretty much all the final fantasy series games. Nothing beats the classics. Back to the game, it's CGI effects are awesome. i've never played a DS game with such structure. Real character voices and cut scenes. As a loyal fan to Square Enix i say: awesome job. You guys get a 5 out of 5.

Final Fantasy: Dissidia

This is probably the best idea Square Enix,creators of the Final fantasy series, has ever had. The final Fantasy series is one of the most played series around the world and they're a personal favorite of mine. This game is for the Playstation Portable (PSP). it's a 3D fighter and has a very unique feel. Now i bet you're wondering who the fighters are. Well in this game you have the choice of playing with either the main hero or the main villain from every Final Fantasy game from 1-10! Thats a whole 20 characters to choose from and master. The possibilities are endless! You can run up and down walls, jump from one side of the room to another, and sooooooooo much more! And if you're a hardcore gamer like me you'll enjoy the unique level up and customization systems. As you fight your character levels up and learn different moves which you can set and use in battle to either use against your opponent or support you during combat. My favorite character is Zidane Tribal from Final Fantasy 9. who'll yours be?

Dragonball Z Shin Budokai: Another Road

This game is for the handheld PSP. it follows a new storyline for dragonball z. we've all seen the end of dragonball z. goku and vegeta defeat majin buu and save earth. but let's rewind for a second. back during the cell saga in an alternate future timeline goku was killed off by a deadly heart virus. one by one the z fighters were killed off by the androids created by doctor gero. gohan, goku's son, was the last but inevitably was also felled by the androids. trunks, vegeta's son and gohan's disciple, then had an idea. to go back in time and stop goku from dying. this way he would be able to stop the androids from killing the rest of the z fighters. so he does this and succeeds. trunks then returns to his own time and thanks to his training in the past with goku and the z fighters he easily defeated the androids of his era. thus restoring peace. now this is where the game begins. it's been a few years since the androids destroyed everything. the towns have been rebuilt and the world martial arts tournament is about to begin. suddenly a magician named babidi and his henchman dabura comes and starts terrorrizing the town. trunks tries to stop them but proves useless. he learns of their plot to revive one of the most powerful beings in existance. majin buu. knowing that he can't possibly stop this by himself he once again decides to head to the past to recruit the z warriors. appearences are made by old enimies and allies alike like broly cooler and even Bardock. this game's in-depth original storyline earns it a 5 out of 5 rating. a must have for today's gamer on the go.

Fallout 3

Now i know me and my friendz over and gamerz review were going to try and keep game reviews on seperate consoles. but this is a game that had to be talked about. Fallout 3 is probably one of the best games i've ever played. imagine the sims games. think of all that freedom you have over your character's life. now take that element and throw it into a post nuclear war in the middle of washington d.c and you've got fallout 3. think of all that you can do!!! blow up towns. perform hits on people. and make enough caps (money) to find that missing father of yours. this game is so sick that i can't describe it in very few words. you have to play it to experience the magic

About the Project

I don't think I've started this project off very well. i didn't finish my 5 annotated bibliographies and this is the blog here. don't get me wrong, i like this project and i think it's fun. i just have to get out of this laziness slump. i also need to start actually doing work at home instead of playing super smash brothers brawl with my nephew and my friend. even though it's soooooo hard. that game is just to much fun. but i'm gonna try my best. i just hope it's enough!

Review: Bleach Heat the Soul 5 (psp)

this is a japanese import for the playstation portable. it's not exactly a continuation of part four but it does follow the story of the show. the graphics are awesome. they probably match early ps2 graphics. the mechanics of the fighting is pretty good. basic button commands can execute pretty decent combos that'll almost ensure a win (if your not a turtle that is...). all in all it's your basic fighter and a good one at that. my rating is a 4 outta five.

GAM3RZ R3VI3W'S IDEA

hola everyone. srry 4 not blogging in a long time. a friend of mine whose blog is the title of this one gave me the idea to review games. since he's the 360 man i guess i'll do the ps games. for this entry i'll be reviewing devil may cry 4 for the playstation 3. the game follows the story of dante and a new character named nero. now i wont tell you who he really is but i can tell you that his strength is "demonic". as you progress through the game you'll switch uses from the strong cocky demon dante and the young but stern nero. nero's power is significantly less than dante's but he is a nice change of pace from the normal dante every board. it's your classic hack n' slash with guns and an all around awesome game. my rating 4 outta 5.

SO.... BORED. i'm in school right now and i'm doin a blog entry. i just gave it this title cause i was to lazy to put a really creative one. but i guess i'll share a piece of a manga dialogue that i'm writing with you. my manga has 3 main characters. the protaganist: nathan, is a young and ambitous eighth demon. he is part of the F3 airbase which is the 3rd of 3 aircrafts that carry the remaining humans of earth. the sidekick: kyle, is a hothead human with the trigger finger of 30 soldiers. he's been experimented on since birth and is the best and fastest shot of F3. including his skill he's very very smart. he's an analytical specialist. despite all of this his attention span is extremely low. he's to thickheaded ,sometimes,to see what's right in front of him. and finally maori (natalie). she's a smart girl and very nice. she's also very shy. after she was taken from her home at around 7 or 8 years old she lost her memory and was taken by a demon. she made it throygh somehow and was eventually found by nathan and kyle. she is apparently nathan's younger sister. all the guys have taken on a big brother role to her except for kyle of course whom is smitten with her. now that you know the main characters i'm feeling kinda lazy. i'll give you the dialogue later. PEACE

well i don't really have much to talk about right now. let's see.. on thursday i went to south carolina to visit my dad. he's pretty cool for an older guy. sometimes he's to old skool for his own good. i mean he's not open a can with his hands old but he's like... do an entire garden with his hands and rain old. but anywho i spent three days over there and now i'm back in new york. it was pretty hot down there. about 80 everyday. not bad huh. well on my mom and i's flight back we were pretty much tuna canned into 2 small ass air planes. it wasn't pleasant at all. when we got home it was like three in the morning. i haven't gotten any sleep at all. so sleepy....zzzzzzzzzzz oh where was i? oh yes the war. i remember the war like it was yesterday. i'm just jokin. u didn't think i was that crazy did you?.......did you?!

If i have to hear one more emo complain to me about something that they can fix by letting it go i'm gonna shoot myself in the foot! i have a good number of emo friends. while they are some of the most uhhh "interesting" people i've ever met, i can't take the " i'm thinking about killing myself" or the " i've been cutting again" much longer. i really need to know the source of this new wave of emos. i'm gonna get to the bottom of this! i'm gonna put a stop to the emo wave. i'll title this exploit, Emo Tales from the Crypt!
